I am totally slipping up on this diet. I don't know what is wrong with me...I am CRAVING so many things!!! I think I may need to go back on phase 1. I really want to lose 10 more pounds my summer...
159.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

When ever I feel, bored,tired,angry or sad, (I Eat) I try and take a moment to ask myself if I really am hungry. Sometimes you can be dehydrated and not know it and end up eating instead of drinking water I think thats what happens to me. Stay strong!

I was on this diet (modified) - I have a very stressful job and the weekends were made for wine! I started it last July, cheated quite a bit - say Labor Day Weekend, other times too - didn't follow it exactly, and lost 25 pounds. By October, I was bored to death. If I looked at another piece of chicken in mushroom sauce I swear I was going to cut my wrists! I went off the diet for four months now - I gained probably four pounds and I've been bad - think about Bailey's and french fries. I am getting back on the diet. A friend at work got the Cookbook and the recipes are awesome - you may want to give it a try. I am actually looking forward to trying some of them.

If you get bored there are some amazing receipts on this site that I have come to love. Don't give up on yourself you already made the decision to be healty now don't think about it and do it. time thinking about is time wasted.
