I'm disappointed and I know I shouldn't be. This is the first weigh in that I wasn't close to losing a pound. I ate more calories yesterday than I have been but less than FS calculated. I guess I need to stick to what I had been doing in the beginning of the week and ignore the calorie intake that FS says I should do.

I also started to exercise yesterday and now realize how out of shape I really am. I got on my elliptical and could only do 2 minutes. I was out of breath and my legs were screaming. I guess 2 minutes is a start and I just build from there when I can.

It's hard to do this by myself but I love this program. Having to keep track of my food and seeing daily results is a great motivator. I just hope I can keep it up and not slack off, like I have in the past.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
