Boss brought in doughnuts and all sort of goodies because it's Friday, I am AVOIDING THEM! 😀😀😀
225.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have sooooo much junk food in my house I don’t eat cause I am used to having it around.

This is exactly why I always have fresh fruit with me. I need to know that always have an alternative option to choose in case of temptation even if I don't eat the fruit, just knowing it's there gives me a safety net.

Coni I also have 2X as much fruit ....I fill my fridge drawer twice a week of fruit

My entire family eats at least 2-3 fruits a day

I just keep drinking my fruit infused water, pretending it's chocolate hahahaha!

I just grabbed an old jacket from my closet for my walk yesterday and what do I find but pieces of Lindt 90% chocolate from years ago. To not feel deprived on these eating get together that is what I usually had. A small piece goes a long way.
