202.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Feeling great. I have switched up from the elliptical to interval running on the treadmill. I increased my cardio vascular from 25 minutes to 40 minutes followed by weight training. I'm quite happy seeing that I finally got passed my plateau. 200 here I come :)
