This is completely insane. I know I'm not getting enough sleep and my stress level is high, but I've done Day 4 of the Shred, ate 1600 calories, and did 100 squats and now I've put on weight. This is exactly what I've been dealing with since February. Every time I exercise I actually put ON weight... Not very encouraging at all.

When you first start an exercise program, (especially like the shred) your muscles retain water till it gets used to the exercise. This can show on the scale as no loss or a temporary gain. It will go away. Jillian kicks butt and you will see results in inches/fat lost. You need to get sleep and find ways to keep your stress levels down. Not getting enough sleep and high stress levels can effect weight loss. Your cortisol levels go up and can inhibit weight loss. Just keep exercising and get in plenty of lean protein. It will work itself out.

Loved what Suzi said! I would just put in to drink loads of water and monitor the salt intake. That helps me keep down the fluid.
