Well the weight is coming down - perhaps not as fast as I would like, but it is declining. I am trying to trust in this process and accept that everything is happening the way it is supposed to.

I have started Phase II now, but I still want to limit my carbs a bit as I don't want to start having cravings again.

293.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
