This is going a little slower than I hoped, but down is down. I have been lifting weights and riding my stationary bike and doing some gentle walking. I will take that as progress.
198.3 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 28.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
