I am not surprised to see a little gain this week. It is that time of the month and also I had a really stressful week at work. I had a patient deliver a stillborn baby. Plus with all the cold and snow I have been craving comfort food. I am also really sore from shoveling and probably have some inflamed muscles. None of these are “excuses,” just explanations. In the past this would have really upset me but right now I know the little ups and downs on the scale don’t matter as much as the habits I am learning day to day and the way I feel overall.
246.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Man, that is very stressful. I am sorry about the stillbirth. Also getting hammered by mother nature isn't helping! Glad you are able to chalk it up to natural fluctuations. Half a pound isn't much. Wishing you a relaxing weekend.
