Lost a little bit considering I haven't been following my diet at all.... So that's awesome.... No complaints here. I'm going to get back on the wagon... No snacks after dinner tonight. I'm also going to do some kind of exercise when I get home. Weights, walking, bike or something...
220.6 lb Lost so far: 58.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
