oh my, was hoping to hit my 30lbs this week.. seems silly how weight changes. oh well.. sticking with it, stopped even thinking about it. Just doing it now..
229.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
