I haven't done anything other than fake promises to myself...My clothes have failed to live up to their end of the bargain where I can eat anything and they will always fit.. LOL. All jokes aside, I HATE this me! I decided that I am going to divorce her at all costs.. But I can't do the crash diets.. Atkins worked, then I got bored with it and my 50 gone came back with luggage... I am being lazy, and telling myself these off the wall crazy half truths about what I need to be doing.. cutting back, maybe its the coffee.. blah blah blah justify, make excuses and justify some more.. The sad part is I hear myself hold my clients accountable for this same ol' lame stuff everyday when I ask them to give up their "love affair" with their addictions just to come home and justify my own. No one knows what the mental obsession feels like for those of us that struggle with food addictions until you have experienced planning an entire trip around where and when you can stop to eat, or for me buy a cup of coffee or latte..then in my case I have those family members that are so "helpful" who say "really you weight THAT much, gosh you don't look like it" Oh boy..I weight 257 pounds...I'm like, "DID YOU HEAR ME!! OVER A QUARTER OF A TON!!" So, I ordered Jilliam Michaels 30 day Shred.. how about I work for what I want...there's a different idea.. I love you men and women on here that are making each day work for you.. I will be you one day.. My goal, not the skinny..but I have two goals #1 I will buy anything I want to wear in a store one day without having to go the plus section #2 I will run...not a marathon or I will just RUN to be free!!!!!! Love you guys :) Good Night!
