AM weigh in. 10 hrs fasted but stopping there. 7 hrs sleep. Carbs & sodium got me again. Going to be a hard week to turn around. I will fast all day tomorrow until night and go to gym Saturday am.
283.2 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
