Been a rough January! Weight loss wise, I should measure though because I definitely feel like clothes are fitting different, my leggings are too loose in legs and I don't like it. I wish I could lose quicker again but I know I need to be patient!
187.4 lb Lost so far: 73.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
