Okay---I really need to get back on track!!!!! And, for some reason, although I have actually lost about 10 pounds, I feel WORSE about myself. For example, clothes shopping :(
I try to keep telling myself that I've gained about 10 pounds year for the past so many years, so this is a step in the right direction, but boy is it hard!!!!!
266.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 136.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yes, take it 5 or 10 pounds at a time. Don't look at how far you have to go. Before you know it, you will get there. You are doing great! Losing weight takes alot of patience. Reward yourself (with non food items) for every certain amount of pounds you lose. Good luck!

Well i tell myself "you can start ALL over and gain back the 10lbs + or you can just keep going" you owe it to yourself to continue to lose this weight because your gonna lose another 10lbs...and be like OK these jeans dont look so bad in fact there a little too big...and 10lbs after that...and so on. Just keep on keeping on. You'll get there if you truely want it.
