Okay---I really need to get back on track!!!!! And, for some reason, although I have actually lost about 10 pounds, I feel WORSE about myself. For example, clothes shopping :( I try to keep telling myself that I've gained about 10 pounds year for the past so many years, so this is a step in the right direction, but boy is it hard!!!!!
