Day 23: Recovered some of my loss. Started a new schedule, so it may take a week or so to adjust. Just riding it out and keeping my eye on the prize!
176.8 lb Lost so far: 1.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
