I weighed today and the scales said 165.2! I didn't eat well because i was sick yesterday but I was glad to see the numbers down. I haven't been taking the energy pills but i am still taking the B complex but just 2 a day.
165.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
