Well I was in for a surprise when I stepped on the scale this morning. In following my diet (mostly veggies), I managed to GAIN 5lbs. What the hell?
On a brighter note, I was grocery shopping yesterday and managed to find some zero-calorie salad dressings. That will go perfect with my mostly veggie diet. They also had zero-calorie pancake syrup and chocolate syrup, and even bbq sauce! Imagine all the calories I'll save with these.
Anyway, Ima start eating a whole lot more vegetables and salads (every meal), and exercising as well. I discovered I need to save/burn around 3500 calories to lose one pound. So if I start using my dad's exercise machine daily (on which I burn an average of 850lbs/hr), and eating more veggies, I may be able to burn about a pound a day!
We'll see how this turns out.
