Day 20: Recovered my 1.3 lb loss. I attribute it to working out yesterday evening and only having a Shakeology for dinner. I needed to offset brunch damage. Way too many carbs yesterday. Taking it easy today, and braving The Cheesecake Factory later this evening! Good thing I'm not hungry at all.
