Whoopee, I lost a couple of pounds... don’t care anymore, my life is a shambles I no real reason to fool myself into thinking I can lose another 100 pounds whatever!
284.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 99.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week

Biggest loser is not sustainable, majority of the contestants gain their weight back. Slow incorporate healthy habits in and you’ll see slow constant weight loss. Good luck!

For now take a different approach. Concentrate on not regaining what you have lost instead of pushing so hard to lose more. That in itself is a win. Do the best to eat as HEALTHY as you can- healthy nutrition is so essential when you are under stress. Evaluate your way of eating and see if it sustainable under stress— if not, change it. Look how far you have already come! You know even losing 10-15% of your starting weight is so good for your heart and long term health!
