Biggest loser is not sustainable, majority of the contestants gain their weight back. Slow incorporate healthy habits in and you’ll see slow constant weight loss. Good luck!

For now take a different approach. Concentrate on not regaining what you have lost instead of pushing so hard to lose more. That in itself is a win. Do the best to eat as HEALTHY as you can- healthy nutrition is so essential when you are under stress. Evaluate your way of eating and see if it sustainable under stress— if not, change it.
