Dr visit revealed lots of issues. The Cancer diagnosis of my life and this stupid political pandemic has gotten me into old habits eating all kinds of crap and not sticking with any kind of diet at all no exercise whatever even donated my recumbent bike so I don’t have it anymore my job I sit 15 hours a day and I don’t drink because I don’t want to have to leave my desk to go to the bathroom because I’m afraid I’ll get into trouble. So the doctors office I am retaining fluid I’ve gained 30 pounds my blood pressure is up when they try to draw blood to do my bloodwork for the year for my prescriptions it’s literally like old oil flopping me into the test tube I got eaten out by two nurses and the doctor for not drinking and told that if I have to have an ADA accommodation for work to go to the bathroom more that’s fine but to keep from having kidney failure and blood clots that there will be a note written for me to have ADA accommodations for extra restrooms during my work.
Now I have to convince myself mentally to get back into the swing of things taking my blood pressure regularly Wayne regularly watching what I eat regularly and drinking my water a lot not just cutting it off forever and just going with 2 cups of coffee. I have to also learn how to walk again and get off my walker and get myself back into some sort of shape so that I don’t completely break my back down and lose use of my legs entirely another threat that I was given was not a pretty doctors visit besides the fact I have bruises on the backs of both of my hands from the butterflies where they were attempting to get my blood plus my flu shot gave me a great bruise and a very sore sore muscle in my arm.
