I gave myself a cheat day last Tuesday and I basically ended up pigging out every day since :/ so I'm restarting Weight Watchers today, even though I already blew through ALL my weekly points already, ugh
296.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 141.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Cheat days can be really hard to manage. The sooner you get back the better. Ponts are just motivation tomorrow still counts
