I tried another app diet weight loss program, this
program just as good and is free! I only tried it for a couple of days, but I find this one more helpful.😁 I'm back and will try again!
215.6 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
