Fasted 18 hours. No junk food: day 17 on one month challenge. Was given big container of ice cream but wouldn't even taste it, gave container to neighbors.
114.4 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great self-control! I love ice cream, but ice cream doesn't love ME! I used to eat it anyway, even though it would give me TERRIBLE gas. (TMI?) Keep up the great work!
