Hmm, I got really serious this week and I still didn't lose even one pound. Hopefully I am gaining some muscle mass because I am working out every day and staying well within my points range. Hopefully next week I will see the benefits from all my work this week!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear you! The exact same thing has happened to me this week. Hopefully next week the scale will be nicer! :)

I think it's also that you don't have that much to lose (relatively speaking of course). If you were someone with 100 lbs to lose it would come off more easily. I am in the same boat!

That is true, even though it seems like a lot, in the scheme of things not so bad. It will happen for us. I see next week being much better!!!
