Day 198

I've gone completely off track. I haven't been following my diet at all. Sigh. I've been walking two or maybe three mornings a week for over an hour.

But that's all. I'm scared of getting onto the scale. Last time I checked, I was up . . .

Help me. Please.
244.7 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb.    Still to go: 101.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Walking two or three times a week for over an hour is excellent. So you haven't neglected yourself at all. We all go through periods when we are fed up with diet, I think it's a matter of settling back into it when *you* feel the time is right. Be good to yourself and try to eventually become as fit and as strong as you can possibly be, but at your own pace, and in your own way. You cannot do more than the best you can. :-) Good luck Arnica!

Thanks. You're right. I just have to start focusing again. I need to get into that space. It's hard, though.

hang in there! you can do it! you know what has worked for you in the past... you just need to get geared up to do it. don't give up!

You are doing really well. You have maintained your weight for quite a while and that is an impressive accomplishment and walking for over and hour is terrific. Just take a deep breath and go at your own pace.
