yay losing weight again. I have not posted for 3 1/2 weeks because I've been struggling to lose weight but I'm back on the straight and narrow and hopefully I can stay there as long as I do what I'm supposed to do the weight comes off.
242.4 lb Lost so far: 50.8 lb.    Still to go: 62.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
