I haven’t been weighting in for a while because I was on a plateau at 201 and kinda demotivated .. then I got sick again during holidays and lost most of my appetite, leading me to drop off the plateau 😁 On Christmas Eve I’ve got quite a good surprise when I weighted in under 200 😊 back to Onederland for 2019 and feeling better then ever ! Wtg !
