Well, despite our efforts, my husbands blood pressure shot up to 175/105 yesterday after a hectic day at work. He had to make a trip to the ER with his left arm tingling. He's been put on blood pressure medication and just doesn't get the severity of the whole picture. He's 40...what's at 50...60...70...or will there even be those ages. Here I set crying over it thinking about our 2 young children and the long life I want with him. I pray God gives him strength to follow this diet even when I'm not watching.
