gee to be under 63 is so exciting can't control my self ha ha but to be 62,8 is great 🍸👌💕
138.5 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

440 kcal Fat: 11.42g | Prot: 19.86g | Carb: 69.74g.   Breakfast: Oranges, Coffee with Milk. Lunch: Rump Steak, Beetroot (Drained Solids, Canned), Mature Onions, Tomatoes, Mixed Salad Greens, Lipton Black Tea. Dinner: Tomatoes, Woolworths Select Corned Beef Silverside, Lipton Black Tea, Silverbeet. Snacks/Other: Arnott's Savoy Light, Chris' Avocado Dip, Pink Lady Apples. more...
