Been doing low carb, has seemed to work really well so far.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you! My doc said I had to get serious, pre diabetes made me a little more motivated. 😬
