I don't remember the Cabbage Soup Diet being so hard the last time I used it. Couldn't even stomach the soup on the sixth and seventh days; barely managed on the fifth. I did break down on day five and six and have a spoon of peanut butter; on day seven I had a Little Debbie Fancy cake. Other than that, I did pretty well adhering. Think I lost a little weight, but haven't weighed because we have no scales at home.
Glad the week is over; almost looking forward to counting again! :)
