I wasn't going to weigh in, because I know if I'll make an excuse to eat more. (No excuses this time.) I saw my muscles for the first time in a long time and I feel my clothing getting looser. My turtleneck is really baggy this morning, so I weighed in. A little disappointed. I worked really hard on following my diet, so I expected a few more lbs. Guess I should be happy, that I lost the overtime and office parties weight gain. I know Subway didn't help on last Wednesday. I just have to keep pushing myself to stay on track with both diet and exercise. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither were its goddesses.
