I just got back from an all day seminar on human sexuality. I was raised in a home where the telly was turned off when people kissed, let alone have sex! The instructor had lots of audio video aids...ee gads! Clinical pornography! There was delightful clip from the Vagina Monologues though. Extremely entertaining and even poignant. I go back tomorrow for part 2.
Have not been working out much-not since Wednesday! No excuse, just lack of motivation (self destructiveness). This happens every time I experience progress. I has so much to do with body security/self confidence. I think I use my body as camouflage. I have to work on this before I slip backwards....

well look at your chart, you're losing at a steady pace! It all downhill! You will manage to to get this under control, I have no doubts about that. Its also odd how we can let our own feelings of self confidence interfere with our weight loss. You would THINK we want to be thin and gorgeous, but its odd how that can be scarey too. So many women have those issues, you are not alone. I remember a guy at home deopt tried to "pick me up".. and I actually got excited and found my hubby who was in the lighting department and told him all about it!! It was so exciting to me! That just doesn't happen to me.
Funny about the clinical pornography. You have a good sense of humour
