I’m planning on doing a diet break for the next 2 weeks. Just been feeling really bored and sad about my diet lately, I wna enjoy this time of year and see if I can stay sane with food while giving myself almost complete freedom emotionally and mentally.

Really hope I don’t gain too much, I’m having no limit on carbs and slight limit on fat and cals.

Still gna exercise 5 times a week (I’m gna use all those carbs if I’m doing this lol), still going to do IF as much as possible, and I’m gna keep records of my weight and measurements.

160.9 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
