Starting the accountable buddies challenge today. Just posted before photos and one of the scale 154.5 :-( I'll start Kettlenetics workout today and commit to doing it at least three times a week. Hopefully by the end of this eight week challenge I will have created an exercise habit as well as lost 20lbs.
154.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
