I think its time to lower my calorie cap.....1800 sounds good. 600 per meal. Oh boy....
270.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 120.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's really not hard. No worries. I'm sure you could even do 1500 a day with no problem. Just eat lots of protein-loaded foods. Like salad with grilled chicken. That's good stuff, and fills you up.
