I am still better off than I was. I’m very disappointed in myself. It seems like every time I hit 190 my brain gets amnesia or I’m afraid of going any further and I gained 10 pounds back. Staying in control of myself it’s so hard. I will pick up my big girl panties and move forward.
200.5 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do you pay attention to the foods you eat when successful?

Those are the same foods and quantities one needs to eat when on a break/maintenance In order to maintain and not gain weight
