Sorry guys. I didn't get back to my post two days ago. I appreciate all the support. The long fast was challenging but not as tough as I remembered they were. This should be the to of the bounce post-fast, and tomorrow is a 24 hour fast day. I'm not done yet. :)
184.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
