I ran 30 minutes today. Next week is a Night run to the castle so I have to prepare for it, its going to be hard cause most of the way is up the hill, so I try to simulate the track on the runing machine in the gym...
145.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
