Lowered my carb count to 120c, and upped my protein and exercise a little. Doing extra omega fatty acids first thing in AM on empty stomach with raw organic (motherbatch) apple cider vin.
Flax seeds, soaked for 10mins, after that helps curve the appetite. Still fasting from 12am-9am 6days a week.
Feeling much lighter and getting lots of compliments 🤗
214.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
