So yesterday I went to town and it was boiling hot. I bought a small cream soda (which I never normally buy or drink fizzy drinks). Then I went to a friend for lunch and we had a chicken stew with a bit of rice and potatoes and 2 glasses of sprite (which I also never normally drink. Got home and had a slice of toast with fried eggs and cheese for supper and picked up 200g. MMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmm
153.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 3.3 lb a week

As someone who steps on the scale at least twice a day I don't believe that hourly or even daily weight fluctuations are set in stone. You can get right back on track today and when you look at your average weight week by week you can still see progress. As someone said recently in the words of Dory - just keep swimming...
