Wow, a bit surprised, but happy. Still figuring out keto - I’m doing well with my macros, but trying to make sure the food is quality for my macros is challenging with all day meetings. Sometimes I end up IFing unintentionally.
282.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
