Had a bad week. I seem to be always hungry. Craving sweets. The leftover Halloween candy was always calling me. It rained that evening so did not have many tric k or treater so had more left than normal. And some one gave me salted caramel chews. Unfortunately I love them. So a bummer week.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I know the feeling.. he brings anything sweet in the house i'm in trouble. Have you tried making your own dark chocolate bark? Its actually healthy for you, and does not have all that syrup and refined sugar .
