Just wanted to say I got tripped up last time I was losing weight and making progress by the ounces … I realized that if I go up in weight by .5 ounces I will not be up set, 1 pound, I will not stress, and send to a tail spin again.

Anyway, just wanted to put that out there... Thanks for listening/reading.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
