Might just be a water weight loss, but a loss all the same, so I'll take it! Going to take a long walk today, pushing both girls in the stroller. Finally a nice day out there, YEAH!!

Take anything you get!! It just feels good to see it on the scale doesn't it? Enjoy your walk with the girls. I was out running this am and it IS beautiful!!! My daughter already went outside in her pj's to play in the sandbox. The things we'll do in MN! Blessings...

You are a tiny little thing! You really don't need to lose at all, but we support you in trying to get to your goal weight. I hope you are happy where you are at though and don't get too frustrated with yourself as you are at a very enviable weight most of us won't even dream of getting to anymore. As for the weather, we are near Chicago so I know what you mean by being so happy to have the nice weather again! It's so nice to be able to get outside again. I love finally seeing the green on the trees coming back and all the beautiful flowering trees too! That stroller pushing and walking is a great workout. Have a great weekend!

You make me feel very nostalgic with talk about pushing your kids in a stroller. I really miss those days. As an exersise it is great for you physically and emotionally. Enjoy it and keep up the good work.
