OK it was time to update my bio finally. I am 32 & mother of 3 great children ages 11, 4, & 8 months. I am trying to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 115 (really it is 112-113) but I will be happy with 115 & see then how I feel once I get there. Things are usually very hectic, so I try to work out when I can, but this last 5 lbs has me for a loop, I just can't take it off using my old bag of tricks, so I just ordered the Atkins book, we'll see b/c I'm not sure I could or would want to do that for life. I do plan to modify that plan & blend it with what I've learned in the F factor book though, so we'll see. I'll keep you posted, & look forard to hearing any tips you have & I'll do the same- Pic is hard to see, but yes that's me in our messy house!

Miracle Noodles 0 carbs 0 calories
Please let me know if you get these & how they are!! I have been getting GG bran crispbread, they are a crisp cracker, w/ the same amount of fiber & carbs, so they cancel out the carb count I guess, the F factor diet recommends them, as does south beach, I will say, I put Greek yogurt on top & a little jam, & they really fill you up like a meal!! I think they have 16 cals a cracker!!

Zumba is a latin based aerobic dance workout. It is I guess becoming all the rage. My sister-in-law LOVES it & she has 3 kids too, & is in the best shape of her life, she does it 3 times a week for one hour & she looks awesome, I cannot believe how addicted to it she is, but it has me curious now, I hadn't seen her in a while, so when I did the other day, WOW!! SHE is toned!!! So, I will give it a try, this coming Saturday, & let you know how it is from a true skeptic!
