My metabolism is as high as it will get. I am losing weight on 5500 junk cals+. I have attached 3 pics below
1. What I should have remained eating
2. When my Ice-cream bender started
3. After-math after 1.5 weeks
So did I learn anything. The answer is yes. Firstly it is important to have a plan. I currently do not have a plan and take things hap hazardly. Luckily I am on FS so that enables me to reflect and everyday I do not take corrective action I feel guilty which is good. Need to jump back on to the wagon.
208.6 lb Lost so far: 131.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm glad it fits your macros, but I don't know if these pictures are necessary. There are some ppl on here who actually have to limit calories and count every thing they consume to lose any weight. Then seeing this ice-cream binge..... 🙈🙉🙊 We know what ice-cream looks like 🍦

True, the problem I am facing now is one I have faced before - not regaining weight.I do not need to undo the good work I have done so I am doing my research. As painful and embarasiing as it was to post those pics acceptance of bad practice is the beginning of finding a solution. The problem with high GI is that the hunger pangs are real and cyclical so if you start on ice-cream at high quantities it is tough to stop. I did notice though that if I exercise my cravings for sugar decrease and if I do not start on high sugar I never have a problem. I will start to taper off from today as I do not want to decrease my sky high metabolism. Accountability is key and I know being on FS is a great help in that dept.

Wow you ate 11 tubs/22 liters of ice cream in under 2 weeks!? All that sugar... Over 100 tsp per tub!!! (Our daily recommendation is 7tsp per day incase anyone else reading wants the info) I think posting these photos are fine. It can help make people take accountability and like you said it's embarrassing. Thats what helps me not to binge somedays, not wanting to feel the embarrassment of failure or having someone see my rubbish full of chips, ice cream and cookie boxes. Seeing this I now want to binge on ice cream too... But thats my problem!
