yea. been at 270 all this time.

Discovered some lower calorie alternatives to what I eat. Even though my limit is 2000, Ima see how low I can get per day. After all, with some of these tricks I learned, I can probably keep under a thousand.

As for exercise, now that I have an iPod and a good pair of Bluetooth headphones, I think I'll try my dad's exercise machine.
268.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
