Going to do the cabbage soup diet for a week to see if I can't get past this stall I'm having

@birdyslady You could also try increasing your water intake. That's what I did last week and it helped a lot. I drank 2.5 litres of pure water (not tea, coffee, juice etc) every day, and believe it was one of the main reasons I had such a good loss last week 💧

Admittedly I walked 50+km last week, but I had done the same the week before and had a much smaller loss, the water is the key 🗝

Thank you :) I do drink a lot of water every day ........ I just don't always log it. I forget lol I drink at least three 8 cups a day usually 10 or more :)

@birdyslady good to hear you drink enough water, so many ppl don't. I've been reading a book this week called "you're not sick, you're thirsty", it's been eye opening how damaging long term dehydration is to the body.
@alnona WATER DOES NOT BLOAT YOU. It just makes you pee a lot. If you aren't drinking much/enough water cos you're afraid of being bloated, then I can pretty much guarantee you're suffering from dehydration.
