Yeah, another pound gone. That makes 24!!!!!!!!!!!! So, its taking me longer but it keeps coming OFF... Wooo HOoo
233.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
